If something doesn’t quite fit or you decide you want something else from our store, no worries - return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
BELECOTE does cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will process the return which will take 2-3 business days.

Damaged or Defectives Items
We know how frustrating this can be. Once we have confirmed the defect, we will send you a brand new item.
